Golden State Paving Launches Skilled Trades Scholarship in Celebration of 25 Year Anniversary Buena Park, CA – April 2026 – In celebration of its 25 year anniversary, Golden State Paving Co. Inc. has announced the launch of the GSP "Paving the Way Forward" Scholarship, a new initiative designed to support local high school seniors who are interested in pursuing careers in the skilled trades. For the past 25 years, Golden State Paving has worked alongside businesses and communities across Southern California, providing asphalt paving, concrete, and maintenance services. As the company marks this milestone, leadership saw an opportunity to give back by investing in the next generation of trades professionals. The scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to their community, and an interest in building a career in the skilled trades, including fields such as construction, equipment operation, infrastructure, and other hands on technical professions. Two scholarships of $1,000 each will be awarded to selected students. Applications for the Golden State Paving Skilled Trades Scholarship will be open April 1 through April 30, 2026. Selected recipients will be announced following the close of the application period.
