Larendee Roos, CEO of Roos Advisors, founded the company in 2003, advising over 200 management teams from startups to public companies. With expertise in business development, sales, administration, finance, and operations, she has guided more than 100 asset purchases, mergers, and acquisitions. Clients who work with Roos Advisors often see revenue growth of 35% within 12 months.
A DiSC-certified workplace facilitator, Larendee leads seminars on diversity, addiction, communication, and leadership. From 1986 to 2003, she served as EVP of Acquisitions and Operations at Extra Space Storage (EXR), managing $100M+ in revenue and developing systems for sales, marketing, and operations. In 1998, she secured $325M through a joint venture.
Leveraging her psychology degree, 30 years in executive management, and strategic intervention training, Larendee drives professional and personal transformation.
