About Us

Colette’s Catering & Events is a boutique Orange County–based caterer serving all of Southern California. Founded in 1992 as a one-woman cake and small-event operation by Colette Coffman, the company grew quickly when Duane Greenleaf joined as co-owner. Known for refined cuisine and impeccable service, we work closely with clients to bring their vision to life—whether for 50 or 1,000 guests. We’ve produced thousands of weddings, galas, corporate events, product launches, mixers, and celebrations, driven by a passion for food, people, and exceptional experiences.

We handcraft menus, source locally, and customize creative cuisine for 20–5,000 guests. Specialties include weddings, galas, grand openings, cocktail parties, grazing stations, small plates, dessert receptions, chef action stations, plated dinners, showers, board meetings, and daily corporate catering.

Exclusive partner venues include the Muckenthaler Mansion (Fullerton), The Ebell of Santa Ana, and Balboa Fun Zone (Newport Beach). Our venues host 20–1,000 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces. Colette’s also provides Full Service, Drop Off, and VIP Catering at any location, including food, beverage, bar service, staff, rentals, décor, lighting, valet, and planning support—tailored to each client’s vision and budget.
