Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)  Direct Reports: Department Supervisors, Program Director, Director of Staff Development, and Volunteers The Boys & Girls Club of Fullerton is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to serve as the Director of Operations to be part of the executive leadership team. This approachable and engaging leader will oversee the day-to-day operations across five Fullerton locations, including a Traditional Clubhouse, Teen Center, and three school-based sites.
