Warehouse/Office Assistant Needed
Job Title: Office/Warehouse Assistant About Us: Job Responsibilities: Creating and scheduling work orders using our system Running credit card payments via our online portal Using Office 365 to manage schedules, emails, and documents Receiving and checking in appliances Unloading appliances from delivery trucks (team lifting required) Organizing and maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse Breaking down cardboard and preparing it for recycling Taking out trash and general light facility upkeep Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to lift and move appliances with assistance Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable with basic technology and data entry Valid California driver’s license Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Benefits: Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends!)
