Description
The North Orange County Chamber, in partnership with American Express, invites you to Shop Small in your community this holiday season!
In addition to finding unique items—whether for yourself or as a gift—it pays to shop small. This year you will have two ways to win during the Shop Small promotion. On Small Business Saturday, November 28, shoppers are encouraged to “travel” around town and have their Small Business Saturday Passport stamped at the shops, salons, and restaurants where they make purchases. Completed passports may be entered in a drawing to win gift certificates redeemable at the participating businesses listed below. Passports will be available at all participating locations on November 28.
Shoppers are invited to continue to shop local through December 31. For every $25 spent at participating retailers, shoppers will receive a raffle ticket for another chance to win gift certificates redeemable at local participating businesses.
Why Shop Small? Nearly 28 million small businesses in the United States create 65 percent of new jobs. For every $100 spent at a local retailer, $68 returns to the community through taxes and payroll.
Small businesses are the backbone of a community. When you support small business, you support your community. Do something good and win big!
