ROCK THE VOTE!

The Fullerton and Brea Chambers of Commerce in partnership with NCH Tax & Wealth Advisors will present a Rock the Vote mixer with their Young Professionals groups on Thursday, October 18, from 5-7 p.m., at Cantina Lounge, located at 2736 E. Nutwood Ave., in Fullerton.

“’Rock the Vote’ is an event empowering voters to meet those who are seeking office from local to national levels, share issues of concern, and of course register to vote,” explained Rhonda Shader, Chairman of the Board for the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce. “Brea and Fullerton share several representatives serving our communities’ interests.  This event offers young professionals the opportunity to engage face to face with those running for election.”

Invited offices include those running for City Council, County Supervisor, State Assembly, State Senate, and Congress. Admission to the event is free.

The Young Professionals program was created to cultivate the next generation of civic and business. Tailored to the business professional under 40, it is designed to provide business contacts, professional growth, and learning opportunities.
