About the presenter: Joshua Waldman, Esq. is a Senior Counsel with the law firm of Burkhalter Kessler Clement & George LLP whose practice focuses primarily on business disputes. Mr. Waldman is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
