The National Charity League's (NCL) Rancho Irvine Chapter will host "Sous La Mer," a fashion show, luncheon and silent auction to support Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire on Sunday, March 30, at the Hilton Orange County in Costa Mesa. "Sous La Mer" marks the ninth year the Rancho Irvine Chapter has hosted the fashion show to benefit Make-A-Wish.
