The work is expected to be completed in March, 2012.
The project will include:
Northbound traffic lanes on Harbor will be reduced for the duration of the construction period, and motorists are advised to take alternate routes.
Extra steps will be taken to minimize impact of the project on businesses; however, noise and vibrations may be experienced in the project area due to the construction activity.
St. Jude Medical Center is funding the improvements.
