Byron Davis will lead a discussion on How to Manage your Small Business Daily, during the Tuesday, March 15 lunch-hour session.

An expert in venture capital and private equity, Davis will discuss how to assess, measure, and successfully manage the financial status of your business.
 
His philosophy, "If you can't measure you can't manage it," is at the core of his belief that too many business fail simply because they do not have an accurate "snapshot" of their operating results—often in spite of stellar sales.
 
After a long career working in various senior management positions in the financial services industry, Davis opened and managed a very successful casual restaurant concept that did over $20 million in revenue in the Disneyland Resort area.
