Join the U.S. Small Business Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, the District Export Council of Southern California, the Korean Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Los Angeles, KOTRA, Korean trade partners and the City of Fullerton for this special event commemorating the third anniversary of the signing of the Korea-U.S. free trade agreement. This dynamic conference will feature sessions by government and private sector dignitaries and future outlooks related to the agreement, in addition to providing access and information for participants to forge relationships and discover new market opportunities.
Approximately 300 guests are expected to participate in the conference, including Hyun-myung Kim, Korean Consul General; Bruce Hirsch, Assistant U.S. Trade Representative; Anne Maricich, Acting Director at U.S. Customs and Border Protection; Richard Swanson, Regional Director of the U.S. Department of Commerce; Guy Fox, Chairman Emeritus of the District Export Council of Southern California; Greg Sebourn, Mayor of the City of Fullerton; and Michelle Steel Park, Supervisor, 2nd District, Orange County. Guests will also enjoy a special Korean drum performance "Samulnori" to commemorate the third year of the KORUS FTA.
Preregistration for the KORUS FTA Conference is required and will be accepted by March 6, 2015 at https://www.regonline.com/korus3. Seating is limited and registration will take place on a first come, first serve basis. Conference fee is $50.
