Recreation Department Join La Palma’s safe, family-oriented alternative to the traditional trick-or-treat! This year, kids and their drivers will receive Halloween treats & giveaways at La Palma's drive-thru event located at City Hall Parking Lot. Face coverings will be required during the entire event and participants must remain in their vehicles at all times during the drive-thru. Each car will be limited one (1) entrance from the northbound lane on Walker Street. Cones and signs will assist the flow. LEFT TURN-INS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Participants are encouraged to bring canned goods for Kiwanis Holiday Food Drive. Show off your Halloween spirit by tagging the City of La Palma in your social media posts. #LPHalloween2020 Eligible participants/voters can also bring their completed official voter ballot to drop-off at the Halloween drive-thru Official Ballot Drop Box (City Hall - 7822 Walker Street) or across the street at the Vote Center (Community Center - 7821 Walker Street).
