Entrepreneurs face many different issues from the outset of starting a business but entrepreneur James Reichert thinks these three are the most important: results, communication and trust. James has drawn from his experiences in both the public and private sectors to develop simple lessons that you can learn from his talk. These lessons will help anyone considering the entrepreneurial path to avoid many of the pitfalls that usually afflict new entrepreneurs. James Reichert is a graduate of Purdue University. He has held different management positions in the private and public sectors. He headed operations at the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority and was General Manager of the Orange County Transit District. He was an elected member of the Villa Park City Council, started a small company: Reichert Management Services, and is retired. Most of his time now is spent traveling the world.Date and Time
