The North Orange County Chamber presents the 16th annual State of the City featuring Fullerton Mayor Jennifer Fitzgerald. The luncheon event will be held on Friday, April 15, at 11:30 a.m. at the Titan Student Union on the campus of California State University, Fullerton, located at 800 N. State College Blvd.
