Description
YWSafe Self Defense Workshop is an empowerment program for girls 14-22 years using public transportation for work or school. Topics to address include Self-defense tactics; Self Awareness of surroundings; Empowerment to look and be strong and Reading Body Language to Protect Yourself. The workshop is free funded by the Wilson W. Phelps Foundation.
