On July 30, 2012, at 10. a.m., the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce will join in the celebrations for the city’s newest eatery: El Farolito Jr, which is located at 301 N. Harbor. Chamber members will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the authentic Mexican food restaurant that is located in the heart of downtown Fullerton.
“The opening of El Farolito Jr. is like extending a family tradition that started more than three decades ago, said owner, Victor Mejia. “Our goal is to make everyone not only enjoy their dining experience, but also, to leave feeling like they have become part of our family.”
Mejia knows about working in a family environment. In fact, he is the oldest nephew of the founder of the highly successful El Farolito “Mexican-food” restaurant in Placentia. Now, he hopes to extend the same quality dining experience and friendly eating environment to Fullerton residents.
To kick off the grand opening of El Farolito Jr., appetizers and drinks will be provided during the ribbon ceremony.
