Alta Vista Country Club located at 777 Alta Vista Street in the City of Placentia CA
Golf tournament fees are $200 per golfer; $800 per foursome. Banquet; Dinner only cost is $40.00 per person. Each registered golf participant will receive a team photo; golf shirt; golf glove; goodie bag; lunch and delicious banquet dinner. Tournament competition includes a men and women's longest drive contest; closest to the pin and a $10,000 hole-in-one prize. During dinner there is a silent auction and raffle drawing for great prizes!

Please plan to join us at our ninth annual Charity Golf Tournament! Proceeds from this event will be used to support the Foundation's Educational Scholarship Program, which to date has provided over 120 college scholarships. It will support our Community Involvement program and give the opportunity to continue providing assistance to those in need in our community.
If you don't golf, but want to participate or lend support in some way...plan to attend the Awards Dinner Banquet ($40 per person) or purchase Drop Ball tickets ($10 each) where the winner takes home 50% of the gross ticket sales. Winner doesn't have to be present. You can also make a online donation via our website www.leonowensfoundation.org
