Join the North Orange County Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate the Grand Opening of Kajiken Aburasoba–Fullerton with a special Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Grand Opening on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 1034 E. Bastanchury Rd, Fullerton
This celebration will feature special guest California State Treasurer Fiona Ma, CPA, as we officially welcome Kajiken to the Fullerton business community.
Guests are invited to enjoy free Abura Soba and dessert tasting, connect with fellow community members and local leaders, and experience Kajiken’s unique culinary offerings. This event is open to Chamber members, invited guests, and the community and offers a great opportunity to support a new local business while building meaningful connections.
We look forward to celebrating together and welcoming Kajiken–Fullerton to our region.
