- $125 per golfer or $115 per golfer + New Unwrapped Toy*
- Special bonus, if you sign up as a complete 4-some it will be $120 per golfer or $110 per golfer + New Unwrapped Toy*
* All toys donated must be NEW and unwrapped with a $10 value
