During this presentation you will learn the best practices for coping with an active shooter situation, how to respond when law enforcement arrives, recognizing potential workplace violence, indicators of potential violence by an employee and much more.
The speaker is Lieutenant Sean Howell, Chief of Police, a 21 year veteran of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. Lieutenant Howell has handled a variety of challenges and has been involved in several high risk SWAT operations, managed command posts during major disasters, organized large scale training exercises with local fire and police departments and successfully managed large teams of men and women.
