In 1940, Assistance League of Fullerton was founded for the purpose of providing services and support within the local community to those in need. Philanthropic Programs * Operation School Bell - New clothing and supplies for children * Vision Screening and Referral - Vision screening for public and private school children * Operation New Start for WTLC and Pathways of Hope - Clothing and household items for women and children leaving abusive environments: clothing for the homeless * La Vista High School - Scholarships and support for this alternative school * Meals on Wheels - free office space and utilities * Santa's Closet - Holiday help for families * Act 1 - Tutoring for children at no cost Contact the Membership Chairman Helen Cohen at 714-994-1595 to attend our monthly meeting at the chapter house We are your friends and neighbors making our community a better place to live.
