FRR is a non-profit organization which promotes the equestrian way of life and good horsemanship skills. The FRR was formed in 1961 by a group of homeowners in the, then, ruural countryside of Fullerton's Coyote Hills. The early members of FRR were instrumental in developming the 25-mile trail system which continues to serve equestrians, hikers, joggers, and mountain bikers to this day.
