Assemblywoman Quirk-Silva will be addressing Division membership on critical issues including homelessness and the Fairview project in Costa Mesa\, the State Budget and impacts to Orange County\, and recycling issues impacting the local government sector and potential state solutions. Receive updates on these important topics\, and bring forward your city's priorities to one of Orange County's most influential State Legislators.\n\n\n\nRegistration (free for Division Members)   Elected officials\, city managers and city staff are all welcome to attend the Division's General Membership meeting.
