DESCRIPTION:Been too busy to keep track of what's going on in your city?  Well\, here's your "Time to Catch Up!"\n\n"Time to Catch Up" is the title of informal gatherings held from 4-5 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month by Fullerton City Councilwoman Sharon Quirk-Silva as part of her public outreach efforts.\n\n\n\nThe next gathering will be Wednesday\, Sept. 14\, and will be held at Steamers Caf \, 138 W. Commonwealth Ave.\, in downtown Fullerton.\n\n\n\nAppointments are not necessary for the gatherings\, and citizens are welcome to just drop in and meet with the councilwoman to discuss issues of concern or ask questions about city operations.\n\n\n\nFurther information about the program may be obtained by calling the City Council Office at Fullerton City Hall at (714) 738-6311.\n\n\n\nPersons requiring special accommodations to attend the program are asked to notify the City Council Office staff prior to Sept. 14.
