The grave of each veteran in the park will be also decorated with a white cross and miniature flag.\n\n\n\nThe Avenue of the Flags\, open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.\, was started in 1958 with six flags.\n\n\n\nA service will be held at 11:00 a.m.
